There are some terms and conditions for the marketing team and as well as technical team, which has to be agreed by them to become employee of softhunters.

1. We purely believe on results not on the efforts.
2. The marketing staff has to report in the office not after 9.15 A.M.
3. Any team member can have 2 leaves in a month; if more than 2 leaves will be there then no salary will be given for those leaves.
4. If without any information, any team member will absent more than 3 days, then he will be terminated immediately without any notice.
5. Softhunters has full rights of terminating any employee if he/she is not performing as per the commitments.
6. If any team member wants to leave the job then he/she has to inform in written atleast 45 days before leaving the job.

3.Pricing
Pricing for the products, services and resources is shared with the Client and differs from client to client. Details on pricing are mentioned in the order agreement signed by the client.

4.Restricted reuse of service.
You hereby acknowledge that you will not reproduce, sell, resell, duplicate, and copy any part of the service for any commercial purpose.

5. Cancellation of Order
During processing of your order or delivery, if the order placed doesn’t not fulfill these Terms and Conditions of Service, Bharg IT Solutions reserves the right to cancel the order. You will be notified about the action.

6. Delivery of Order
Bharg IT Solutions is committed to deliver your order within the specified time period.In case of delays in delivery due to unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons, Bharg IT Solutions shall not be held responsible.

7. Change in Terms and Conditions
